"In 2019, I was just a bit tired. I am infinitely grateful for the things I was able to experience, but I needed a little time to gain other experiences - and then everything changed. The pandemic prolonged the time off. For MAGIA I not only wrote more songs than ever before, but I also had time to produce them myself. Some songs were written a few years ago, some are brand new, but for all of them now is the right moment. MAGIA is certainly my most intimate album to date, and in my view, my best. I can nowcopen up in a completely different way and show it all."
ALVARO SOLER returns after almost 1.5 years with MAGIA, telling very personal stories, even from difficult times. At the same time it also breathes Alvaro's other side, which his fans have long loved about him. "With me there are always positive vibes as well, as people can be touched by both. Speaking of magic: MAGIA is not only the album title, but the title track was also the first official single, which has already been streamed over 50 million times, and embodies the central theme of this new chapter for ALVARO SOLER. "Isolation forced us all to rediscover ourselves and feel again that the little things in life can be magical." 2021 is certainly not only a challenge for Alvaro, but the unbridled, infectious love of life of the idolized singer and songwriter is unbroken.
